Within the first couple of days of arriving we had family stop by Pirates Den to see us. First Peggy and Greg who have a summer home in Lake Havasu City. We walked the property, enjoyed some drinks, dinner and a beautiful sunset.
Then I got a call from my sister Chris. She and Chuck were in the neighborhood. What?! They came out from San Diego to stay in their vacation house for the weekend. Chris is recuperating from a bad spill on her quad. Ouch. Here she is working her disability.
Tim and Chuck went for a quad ride. I didn't get a picture of them in action, but here's Chuck & Tim pulling in the garage of the Buckskin Valley home.
We also watched some football at the Black Pearl. Go Hawks! The Chargers won too! Great weekend.
Last year when we came through Parker to visit Chris & Chuck they turned us on to Tommy's Paradise. It is THE place to go for Friday Fish and Chips. The Best Ever. And all you can eat.
Thanks for bringing all the wonderful homegrown tangerines, limes and avocados. Juicy & delicious.
Then my nephew Arrik showed up on his birthday. We spent the night at Peggy and Greg's house and played Wii late into the night. We had planned to hike Sara's Crack, but that didn't happen,
